ARRALORE disclosure standard

Arralore publishes clear disclosures for wealth, venture capital banking, and cross-border payment clients so investors, founders, and operators can understand the controls around their capital.

01

Scope of service

Arralore provides digital access to wealth management, venture capital banking, treasury, and cross-border payment services subject to onboarding, eligibility, and jurisdictional availability.

Some services may be provided by regulated affiliates, banking partners, custodians, or payment providers under separate product agreements.

02

Eligibility and onboarding

Access is subject to identity verification, ownership checks, sanctions screening, source-of-funds review, and ongoing risk monitoring.

Arralore may decline, restrict, suspend, or terminate access where information is incomplete, risk changes, activity is unusual, or legal obligations require action.

03

Payments and treasury actions

Payment estimates, FX rates, fees, settlement windows, and route availability are indicative until confirmed in the relevant transaction workflow.

Clients are responsible for reviewing beneficiaries, amounts, currencies, approvals, and supporting information before submitting instructions.
